I hereby authorize Al Madina Shipping LLC, along with its employees, agents, and associates, to act as my freight forwarding agent for export control and customs purposes. They are authorized to prepare, sign, declare, or affirm any shipper’s export declaration required by law or regulations related to the export of any goods shipped by me. Additionally, they are empowered to take all necessary actions to ensure compliance with Section 192 of the U.S. Customs regulations.
